Wand Hose

This is a replacement for the wand hose for the Ossian LS® Liquid Sprayer.


FOR PROPER INSTALLATION FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

  • ALWAYS release pressure in hose prior to unplugging hose from system. Failure to do so can be dangerous to operator and cause damage to wand port.

1) To release pressure, unplug and remove 5 gallon liquid tank from unit, leaving inlet port open to the air.

2) Turn ON unit, and squeeze trigger on spray wand until all liquid has been drained from system. Turn OFF unit.

3)   If stem plug (wand port cork) is in place, it must be removed prior to installing hose.

4)   To remove stem plug, push restraining collar squarely against bulkhead fitting. Holding collar against fitting when pulling on plug to remove.

5)   Insert hose stem into bulkhead fitting. Pull gently to assure that hose stem is firmly seated.

6)   Secure wand hose to operator handle with the tie wrap. (not included with replacement hose)

7)   Carefully screw the threaded end of the wand hose to the wand trigger. Check for leaks.
