SELECT® Liquid De-Icer is a powerful, non-chloride, bio-degradable, potassium acetate based, liquid deicer. It is more effective than any other currently utilized liquid deicing technology.

Non-Corrosive:

Most deicers contain chlorides which can attack steel rebar in concrete, metal door frames or sensitive helicopter machinery. SELECT® is non-corrosive and chloride free making it an effective alternative for bridges, parking decks, helicopter pads and other corrosion sensitive areas.

Clear Liquid Eliminates Tracking:

SELECT® is a clear, high performance deicer effective for treating sidewalks and entry-ways to eliminate tracking and other housekeeping issues inside a facility.

Safe for Concrete and Vegetation:

SELECT® is chloride free and bio-degradable. Its use will not harm plants and vegetation when used according to label instructions nor will it contribute to water runoff concerns. SELECT® will bio-degrade 50-80 percent within five days. Complete biodegradation will occur within weeks.
